At Imago Dei Optics, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality and stylish sunglasses. We understand that sometimes, things don't always work out, and you may need to exchange your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds on any items sold in our online store.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or color, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please note that we will not exchange any item that has been damaged or altered in any way.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at imagodei1111@yahoo.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item and process the exchange.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for your own protection. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.

Final Sale Items

Some items sold on our website may be marked as final sale, which means that they are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Please make sure to carefully review the product description before purchasing any final sale items.
