We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and size of the package, and the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise due to customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number and the carrier's website.
